Postage and Delivery

Once we receive your order, we aim to deliver within seven working days for UK mainland and fourteen working days for deliveries outside the UK.

You may be required to sign for your parcel when it is delivered. If you are not at home when the parcel arrives, a card will be left for you to arrange an alternative delivery date with the courier.

Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Fridays: 9am - 5.30pm
Thursday: 10am - 5.30pm

Please remember to include your order number, full name, address and postcode when corresponding by email.

Returns

We offer full refunds or exchanges for items purchased on our online store, provided they are returned within 14 working days of your delivery date. Please note that the entire product should be in their original state. We do not offer a free returns service.

Please complete the returns slip on your delivery note, clearly stating which item you are returning and the action you would like us to take.

Refund

If you require a refund, please indicate this and the refunded amount will be credited onto the original payment card i.e. the payment card that you used to place the order.

Please provide the following information if claiming a refund: order number, PayPal transaction number (very important**), full name, address and postcode.

Exchange

If you require an exchange please indicate the product that you want to exchange with. Please note if the exchanged item is more expensive than the returned item, we will debit your card accordingly.

Please provide the following information if exchanging: order number, full name, address and postcode.

If you have misplaced your delivery note, please enclose a covering letter stating your name and full address together with your requirements.

Dominion Bookshop London does not have a free collection service for returns; therefore take your parcel to the post office and request the standard delivery service, ensuring you opt for the extra compensation if the contents of your parcel exceed the value of £32. This will ensure you are adequately covered in the unlikely event of your parcel going missing in transit.

We will happily refund the cost of your postage, if the item you are returning is faulty or was incorrectly sent. Dominion Bookshop London cannot be held responsible for any returns parcel lost in the post, therefore please keep your receipt as proof of postage.
